This unit is located in tower 4, the newest tower at Long Beach, on the 8th floor. We also manage the one and two bedroom units right beside of this one for larger family gatherings.. Convenient to shopping, groceries, dining, nightspots, and attractions such as bungee jumping, go-kart racing, and amusement parks. Most entertainment spots and restaurants are just a few moments' walk or drive from Long Beach. Amenities in the condominium complex include three full-size pools and three Jacuzzi spas are located between each building. The lagoon pool has "The Hangout" bar and grill where you can get a burger and your favorite beverage while enjoying the beautiful islands with waterfalls in the 6800 sq ft pool. Restrooms are located convenient to each pool and beach. Parking is ample and open and there is a fitness room with treadmills and ellipticals under tower 3. Security personnel are 24 hrs and the resort is gated. 

The condo comes fully furnished with efficiency kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker and dishes. The sleeping accommodations include a new pillowtop queen bed and a twin size sleeper sofa. There is a washer/dryer in the unit as well as a large walk in shower and marble vanity. The condo is centrally cooled and heated. The sitting area has a new large flat screen TV. The spacious deck (ten foot by eight foot) is perfect for having a cocktail while watching the beautiful sunset. Beautiful views of the gulf are afforded to the condo guest.
